Pine Derby Car Star Wars

care teacher and student (8) 9

On 16 April I was unfortunately unable to attend the conference, but I was able to inform me about the topics covered .. I agree strongly with the criticism modern conception of the relationship that usually develops between teacher and student. The few readers of my blog will have realized by now that I study judo. Often it happened at the dojo to talk to this relationship, I try in a few words to summarize the basic concepts. a lesson may be conducted on three levels: the first is "entertainment" can be likened to a kind of conference, it is useful to expand the ideas and give enthusiasm. The second is "teaching" the teacher teaches what you need to know in order to support the practice. The third is "transmission", the Master sends student to his knowledge, his experience, but now is a sporadic phenomenon, so that was almost forgotten.
Why was it forgotten?
are probably many reasons behind this phenomenon, but wanting to express my opinion, there are more students (including myself) willing to take a big commitment so as to follow a teacher, and above all there are very few teachers who pursue their profession driven by a strong passion. My criticism is based on personal experience, and aimed primarily at teachers of middle school and higher education; As for the academics, the situation is much better. even though they are a minority, during my brief experience I have in the unification have met professors who truly hope to train doctors, rather than holding a degree in medicine.
"I shin den shin" is called in Japan the teacher student ratio, and shu-ha-ri is the model of knowledge transmission. In this post I did not say hardly anything, if anyone is interested I recommend the website of my own society, where people who know more than I have studied the topic. This is the link, greetings
