Some time ago I was walking on a sidewalk in Florence, and I have seen a slew of scooters stopped at traffic lights. All drivers were wearing a helmet .. but for wearing a helmet? Because they consider it an indispensable tool for anyone riding a bike, or simply because a law requiring this use? After the law on the helmet were developed in a series of prevention measures on road safety belts compulsory, speed cameras , cameras at traffic lights and many more. People no longer think, just act order as the law, or just find a flaw in this control system the break. Rather than focus on new educational models to someone decided it was much easier to give orders .. certainly these new systems have helped reduce the number of deaths from road accidents (all data that manage the same people who make these laws ) but at what price. I believe that if a person is dangerous driving, and are prevented from damaging the neighbor by sitting in his car, will nonetheless find a way to become dangerous. What must be changed is what is taught to people, the models that Bengo data. Just think of the football which was the solution for all incidents at the stadium? Boxing all the "supporters" inside the fence from the slaughterhouse. every time I step on the stage before a match I think I see a stockyard. The stadium is too useful, allows you to control thousands of children, which are made to vent into a fence Sunday afternoon so that the rest of the week if they are calm and quiet. Football aside, do you think these laws are made to prevent accidents? I came to the conclusion that these laws are made for two reasons: a disabled person is a burden to society and especially the economic balance without municipal fines would be in crisis. Just so, I conclude by saying that I do not propose anarchy I just wanted to give food for thought and perhaps to annoy someone ...
ps use a helmet and I plan on scooters
